Frank Zappa's concerns are understandable, but Graham, in the video below, more than suggests military tribunals are authorized to rebalance the scales of justice when Americans collaborate with foreign enemies against America. Constitutional protections are set aside when Americans engage in such behavior no matter what three letter agencies they work for, or congressional seats of power they hold, or their political affiliation. Is this what happened to Graham's close friend John McCain? Will there be others? Why do you think Graham pursued this line of questioning? Did a military tribunal order him to do so as part of a plea deal? Is this line of questioning to prepare the public for what is coming?
